Jim is an expert in the areas of individual, corporate, payroll, partnership and small business taxation. He is also experienced in the field of mergers and acquisitions for medium and small private corporations and partnerships. Jim has an energetic and interactive style of teaching, and receives excellent evaluations from UMtax participants. Jim returns as the lead instructor for the UMtax for 2009.
