As part of the University, we have financial systems and processes already in place to handle event-specific transactions and accounting. Our database system not only provides for on-line registration and payment, but also produces clear, useful reporting for registration, finance, and logistics.

 Financial services include:

• Manage financial transactions, including the collection of registration fees and payment for all goods and services  

• Host the entire registration and revenue collection process

• Manage vendors and communicate with University Financial Operations on your behalf

• Produce a financial summary showing revenues, expenditures, and the final margin contribution of your event
