Registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, a delegate conference kit, the Sunday opening reception and the Monday box lunch provided for the US Combustion Institute section business meetings. All dollar amounts are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Registration

All attendees, including podium presenters and those who are presenting posters, must register for the conference.

The Combustion Institute Conference registration is now closed. You may register on-site at the conference venue, which is at The Michigan League, 911 N. University Ave., Ann Arbor, MI 48109. The registration desk opens at 12pm on Sunday, May 17th. If you have any questions, please call 734.764.5297. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions

All attendees, including presenters, must register for the conference.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via fax or mail to the address listed below no later than April 9, 2009. Cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee, which will be deducted from all approved refunds. Substitutes are encouraged - please notify us as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

All personal information collected for the 2009 U.S. National Combustion Meeting via this website or otherwise will not be resold or divulged to third parties. The information collected will be used solely for registration purposes of the 2009 U.S. National Combustion Meeting. All credit card information that is collected is processed securely and is used only for the purpose for which it was provided. The local committee does not maintain any credit card information.
