Registration

Registration locations and times vary. Your sport camp staff will let you know the camp’s specific time and location.

After registering for the sport camp, Campers proceed through a series of University Housing stops.

1. University Housing Stop One: Fill Out Table

Here campers turn in the signed Acknowledgement of University Housing Rules and Regulations [link to TBD page or file] and fill out Registration Cards. Parents or guardians are required to list the names of every adult permitted to pick up the camper and sign the back of the card

2. University Housing Stop Two: Collectors’ Table

Here commuting campers may purchase a meal pass for prepaid breakfasts, lunches, and/or dinners during camp.

3. University Housing Stop Three: Checker Table

Here campers turn in their Registration Cards. Residential campers receive their room assignments, keycards and keycard holders. Parents or guardians are not permitted at the Checker Table. Campers need to listen carefully to the procedures. With fewer people at this stop, Registration goes more smoothly.

4. University Housing Stop Four: Exit Table

Here we inform campers of the next steps following Registration. Residential campers receive lanyards to attach to their keycard holders and must wear the lanyards and keycard holders at all times when in the building.

Registration Times

Registration times vary according to each camp. Please refer to your individual camp contract for actual times.

Late Registration

If any campers are not able to attend the scheduled registration time, they may register later in the residence hall. The Camp Staff will have a special table set up in the lobby for this purpose.
